Dear Data Natives,

There is nothing more exciting than revealing a masterpiece you’ve been working on for season after season. Blood, sweat and tears went into it, as well as determination, imagination, glitter, puppies and ice cream.

In this newsletter, we are revealing the first highlights of the DN19 AGENDA

Discover how we are going to satisfy your craving for tech this November.....

From the "Netflix principle" to the downfall of currywurst

Important because data-driven marketing is becoming a core competency 🤔
No laying on the couch and watching Netflix this November. Instead, we have a talk for you in-store about how our DN19 partner Antwerpes uses the "Netflix principle" when delivering the most relevant medical content to healthcare professionals and patients.

Listen and learn 🚀

Susan Wegner tells us how she set up a successful AI innovation strategy at Deutsche Telekom and reveals her philosophy, so you can do the same. What skills and approaches do we need to adopt? And how can we transform a culture to an AI-driven mindset?

Dive deep into data 🌭
It was a dream for many, a nightmare to some: the downfall of the iconic currywurst museum in Berlin. But what about the actual snack? Is the currywurst here to stay or coming to an end? At DN19 we will look at the data behind our changing food habits!

(Even though there are petitions, there is sadly no currywurst emoji yet)

Source some wisdom from our magazine

In healthcare, time is managed poorly today. China is one of the countries whose startup ecosystem began to bridge the gap with the help of AI-supported healthcare. Our DN19 speaker Tjasa Zajc wrote a guest contribution about how AI can increase equality between the sick and the healthy.

For our new Impact track, we featured three data-pioneers and DN19 speakers, on a mission to change the world. In this article, they give us an insight into their journey: how difficult is it to be a socially responsible business?

In: 'The Next 3 Data Innovations in AI you Should Know Of', we look at the views of Medical AI researcher and DN19 speaker Vince Madai on data privacy in healthcare. He proposes data donorship infrastructure, so citizens will be able to decide on how to share their medical information.

Excited? We are for sure. Get your ticket
